Coming out of the Italian death metal scene is Becerus with their second full length Troglodyte.The band knows how to create and deliever some extremly well played brutal death metal that is both brutal and extreme yet written with alot of great ideas.The guitars are played with some extremly fast paced patterns that are brutal in their delievery.The guitarist does perform slowed more mid paced passages even including some well played and performed solo's.The drums are played with some powerful fast drum passages that will assault the listeners ears.The drums are played at hyperspeed the drummer does perform some memorable drum parts.The vocals are brutal death metal metal growls and some deeper growls are used throughout a few of the songs.Fans of {early}Broken Hope,Cannibal Corpse should defintly give Becerus a chance.
