Brazil's death metal  masters  Escarnium  return with a brand new full length  featuring five original songs and a cover of Grave'sclassic Into The Grave.The music is a mix of fast and aggressive passages but the band does slow to a more heavy pummeling style throughout the songs to give each song it's own idenity.Each  musician can play their instrument with power and deliever some  well played  musicial passages.The vocals  are  done with powerful and extreme death metal growls that fit  Escarnium's music perfectly. Originally released as digital demo's from the band Redefing Darkness is releasing a compliation of both demo's on cassette.Screams From Below is the first demo featuring two tracks of blackend thrash metal.The music is played with extremely well written and performed guitars and drum patterns.For the most part the music is played with a whirlwind aggressive thrashing style.The vocals are gruff old-school growls and some screams are used in a few parts.The final two songs are off of the Sepulchral Noise EP.The music is played in the same vein as the debut with fast,frenzied guitars that are done with a lot of power and skill.The drumming is played with a lot of skill and chaotic drum patterns.

Morbus Grave are a death metal band coming out of the Italian scene the band has released their third demo cassette through Redefining Darkness Rec.Abomination contains three tracks of old school death metal that is played with intensity and excellent writing skills.The vocals are old school gruff growls similar to the mid 90's  and the vocals even throws some gruff screams into some of the songs to give the band an original feel and sound.The drums are played with a mix of extremely fast drums and some slower calm mid paced drums that bit the band nicely.If you are a fan of well performed old school death metal then do yourself a favor and pick up a copy of Abomination today.
