Christbane are a duo who come of Australia's raw black metal scene and this is a review of the bands 2023 debut full length.The self titled debut has ten songs of raw,primitive black metal that is destructive.The guitars are a mix of heavy mid paced guitars and some faster more chaotic guitar passages.Both guitar styles are done with powerful chords and patterns.The drums are extremely fast and chaotic drums that will pummenl the listener.The drummer does slow to a heavier mid paced range in a few of the songs.The vocals are a mix of raw,black metal screams and gruff,raspy screams are also used throughout a few of the songs.The self titled debut is a must have if you are a fanatic for raw,extreme black metal.
