Legendary death metal band Jungle Rot return with their nineth full length release.The self titled release contains ten songs of classic and well executed death metal including a cover of Kreator's Terrible Certainty.The music is written and performed with the bands signature style and sound that is played with memorable and catchy songs.The vocals are old school gruff growls and some thrashy screams are used throughout some of the tracks.The guitars are played with alot of skilliful patterns that are mainly done with mid paced range.The guitarist does write and perform some heavier and faster guitar sections.The drumming is done in the same vein with a mix of extremly fast drumming patterns and some slower,mid tempoed drums.If you are a fan of Jungle Rot's past catalog then do not hesitate to pick up a copy of the new self-titled release when it is released.
