Abysmal Growls Of Despair---Between My Dead cd {Black Plague Rec.,Metallic Media and Satanath Rec.}
Abysmal Growls Of Despair is a one man band coming out of the scene in France releasing their newest cd Between My Dead. The main man behind the band is Hangsvart who handles everything with the band.Hangsvart creates very dark and moody music combing both great funeral doom and elements of drone music in a few of the songs.The guitars are heavy and played at a very slow speed that is really done with a lot of skill and experience.The drumming is just as slow and crushing and played with a lot of good drum patterns.The vocals are low death metal growls and fit this style perfectly.If you are a fan of Funeral doom with some drone mixed in then this is a band you will want to add to your collection today

Anal Fissure is a fairly new band coming out of the Philippines brutal death metal scene.Combing fast and crazed drums with some really good guitar riffs and patterns.This is a band that can play vicious and blasting death metal.If you are a fan of sick and straightforward brutality then defintly give Anal Fissures debut a listen today

Aornos--Orior cd {Black Plague Rec.,Satanath Rec.}
Coming out of the Hungarian black metal scene is Aornos consisting of one member Algras.Algras does a great job of creating cold and creative mid-paced black metal but is not afraid to speed up the music to a faster tempo.The guitars range from mid tempo to some faster and creative tempo's with some acoustic guitars in a few of the songs.Algras even uses some synthizers in a few of the songs to add a dark and atmospheric tone in the songs.The vocals are black metal screams.Aornos has created a black metal masterpiece if you are a fan of cold mid played black metal with some atmosphere then this is a band you will want to hear.

Bloodstrike----In Death We Rot cd {Redifining Darkness Rec.}
Colorado's BloodStrike return with their debut cd "In Death We Rot" featuring eleven songs of old-school death metal.The guitars are done with a lot of with a lot of talent and skill and very well written guitar patterns that mainly stay in the mid paced range but do speed up in a few songs for a nice mix.The drumming is done in the same vein with mostly mid-paced drum patterns with a few sections of faster drums.The vocals are death metal growls with some screams mixed into a few of the tracks.If you have heard this band other demo's and like what you heard I would defintly recommend picking this cd up today or if you are someone who enjoys early to mid nineties death metal give this band a listen today.

Korgull The Exterminator--Reborn From The Ashes cd {Van Rec.}
Korgull The Exterminator comes out of Spain's blackend thrash metal scene.Combing extremely fast thrashy guitar riffs and chaotic drum patterns.The band is very good at writing and executing their brand of thrash with some elements of early black metal entertwined in the structures.The guitarist stays mainly in the extreme fast but do slow to a mid paced range and writes some memorable parts.The vocals are in the vein of blackend screams that f it the bands music perfectly.If you are a thrash fiend who likes the early black metal then Korgull The Exterminator is a band for you.

Propaganda---The Mask Of Sanity cd {Brute! Productions}
From what I remember seeing and hearing a few bands from Indonesia had a really good brutal scene in the early to mid 2000's and I guess it is still going strong.Propaganda is the first band from Indonesia I have heard in quite a few years combing a nice mix of late 90's brutality with elements of todays brutal death metal.The drumming is done with a lot of power and speed.The guitars are done with a nice mix of mid tempo riffs to all out speed riffs with some very well done guitar patterns and a few solo's mixed in.The vocals are brutal and sick death metal growls that fit this band's style perfectly
