Dig Me No Grave is a old school death metal band coming out of Russia.Necrocosmic Ceremony is the bands fourth full length featuring eight tracks of great sounding death metal similar to the mid 90's gods.The band also has two very well played instrumentals that showcase the bands musical writing expertice.The guitars are played with extremly fast and heavy guitar patterns.The guitars are well played with some memorable passages and well performed solo's are also added into the songs.The drums are a mix of fast paced drums that are chaotic yet memorable.The drummer also uses some mid paced heavy drum patterns as well as the extreme fast drums to give the song a nice variety.The vocals are brutal old school growls that are powerful in the delievery.Their are some raw gruff screams that are used in a few of the songs.This is my first encounter with Dig Me No Grave but if you are a fan of pure old school death metal defintly pick up a copy of this release today.
