Mangled is a band that comes out of Chile's old school death metal scene and this is a review of the second EP.Echoes From The Ominous Minds contains six tracks of well executed and performed death metal with some thrashy guitars added into the mix.The guitars are performed with some memorable well performed passages.The guitarist does create some whirlwind fast paced patterns and even adds some well played solo's into the songs.The vocals are brutal old school death metal growls that are powerful in the delievery.Their are some gruff screams used in a few of the songs.The drums are a mix of extremly fast and chotic blast beats.The drummer does slow to a mid paced,faster pace with some well done drum patterns.Echoes From The Ominous Minds is a very well delivered EP. of old school brutality.
