This is the first full length from this Spanish heavy metal outfit. From the start I could tell this record was going to be a solidly played effort as far as the guitars. There's some impressive riffing going on here with a high level of technicality. Sonically, I could make comparisons, but suffice it to say this is just good Iron Maiden-influenced heavy fuckin' metal, and that's all you need to know. They could use a new singer, however. He's pitchy and his range is limited. I think he would possibly be better if he sang a bit lower, with some gruffness maybe, say, like Running Wild. Don't get me wrong, he's not terrible, but he's not great, either. He clearly excels at his other instrument, the guitars, which are unimpeachable on the album. I think with an adjustment in the vocal department this band could be one of the best out there.
