Brazil's own Dark Desires returns with a brand new ep featuring five songs of well played and executed melodic black metal.The Mighty Dark And Frozen Mountains adds both some faster aggressive passages and some slower more mid paced guitars and drum parts.The guitarist does create some well performed patterns even adding in some solo's throughout some of the songs.The vocals are raw,grim black metal screams that are done with power and aggression.Dark Desires are a new band to me but have released some full lengths over the last few years.If you are a fan of traditional,melodic black metal do yourself a favor and pick up a copy of The Mighty Dark And Frozen Mountains today.
