Created by vocalist and multi instrument Paulo Soaress is Ruttenskalle with the debut full length.Skin Em Alive features ten tracks of old school Swedish death metal that is well crafted and delievered with intensity and well played music.The guitars are played with excellent writing skills and abilitly.For the most part the guitars range from aggressive and fast guitar structures but does slow to a heavier more mid paced guitar range.Their are some very well played solo's and memorable passages entertwined within the guitars.The vocals are old school death metal growls that are delievered power and fit Ruttenskalle's music perfectly.If you are looking for a great debut that embraces old school death with amazing writing skills then be sure to pick up a copy of Skin Em Alive.
