Russia's Aborted Fetus return with a brand new release of violent,brutal death metal.Featuring thirteen songs of blasting,vicious death metal with some slam influences mixed in the music.The band knows how to write and perform excellent death metal madness even showing off their expertise writing skills with two instrumentals.The guitars are played with feriocus fast patterns but there are also some heavier mid paced guitar chords mixed into a few of the tracks.The vocals are low death metal growls that really fit this bands musical style.If you are a fan of brutal,slamming death metal then be sure to pick up The Art Of Violent Torture today.

Gorephilia--Severed Monolith cd {Dark Descent Rec.}
Gorephilia come out of the Finnish death metal scene with their second full-length Severed Monolith.Featuring ten tracks of crushing powerful death metal that is extremely tight and well written.The guitars are played with mainly mid paced guitar patterns that have some well performed structures.The guitarist can and does play crazed,faster speeds that are really good.The drumming is equally as good played with both well performed and played mid paced drums to an all out assult of fast drumming patterns.The vocals are powerful death metal growls and even some gruff screams are used in a couple of the songs.If you love heavy death metal that is well written and performed then be sure to pick up Gorephilia new release soon.

Grave Plague--The Infected Crypts 7 Inch{Give Praise Rec.}
Coming out of the Cleveland Ohio old-school death metal scene is Grave Plague with their debut two song EP.The Infected Crypts.The first song is "Arise The Infected" combing both elements from the U.S and European death metal scenes.The guitar work is done with a lot of skill and changes going from a fast guitar pattern to a more mid tempoed heavy guitar pace.The drums are with precise and with a mix of well done faster drumming patterns but do slow to a more mid paced range in the middle of the song..The second track is "Halls Of The Rotten" which is in the same vein with a little more furious and fast paced guitars that really work for the band even mixing in some solo's into the song structure.The vocals are death metal growls with some screams mixed into the song.If you are a fan of European and U.S influences with the bands own style then be sure to check this band out today.

Hell's Coronation--Antichristian Devotion cassette {Godz Ov War Prod.}
Poland's Hell's Coronation are a new band to my ears who play a raw,mid paced dark style of black metal.The guitars are played with a mix of mid paced guitars and slower almost doonmish guitar patterns used in a few of the songs.The guitarist knows how to write some good structures and patterns while maintaining the raw style and sound.The vocals are harsh black metal screams with some raspy type of vocals used in a few sections.If you are a fan of mid paced raw black metal with elements of doom then be sure to check out Hell's Coronation new ep.

Petrification--Summon Horrendus Destruction demo cassette {Sentient Ruins}
Petrification are a band who come out of Portland Oregon's old-school death scene with their debut demo.Summon Horrendus Destruction features four tracks of solid death metal done in the mid 90's style.The guitars are played mainly in the mid paced range but do speed up to a faster pace in a few parts.The guitarist does a good job of writing and playing old-school death with some solo's mixed into the music.The vocals are death growls that really fit Petrification's music. If you enjoy semi raw old-school death metal with influences from the Finnish and Swedish scenes then be sure to pick up the debut demo today.

Question come out of Mexico's death metal scene with their newest Mcd featuring four songs and very well written and performed instrumental.The guitars range from fast guitar patterns to a more controlled mid paced pace.The guitarist even adds elements of slower,melodic tones used within the instrument Silhouettes Of Reality.The vocals range from deep growls to a more gruff old-school vocal pattern.To anyone who loves old-school death metal be sure to check out Question's newest Mcd today.
