Corrupter is a two man band that comes out France's death metal scene and this is a review of the bands second full length.Gloria In Profundis is eight tracks of heavy and dark death metal at it's finest.The music is performed with a mix of heavy mid paced drums and guitars that are done with powerful chords.But the musicians do speed up to a faster tempo with crazed drums and fast paced guitar passages.Both the guitars and drums are performed with some great writing skill and memorable passages.The vocals are deep death metal growls that are low.This is my first encounter with Corrupter but this is a great release of quality death metal.
